What you'll be doing:
As a Service Technician at Plugout, you'll be on the front lines ensuring our clients' security systems are operating at their best. Your responsibilities will include:
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining security systems and solutions at client sites.
- Troubleshooting and repairing security equipment and software issues.
- Performing regular maintenance checks and updates on security systems.
- Providing technical support and guidance to clients, both remotely and on-site.
- Documenting service calls and creating detailed reports of work performed.
- Training clients on the proper use and maintenance of security systems.
- Staying updated on the latest security technologies and industry best practices.
You're probably a match if you have:
- Proven experience as a service technician or in a similar technical role, preferably within the security solutions industry.
- Strong technical skills with a deep understanding of security systems and solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
- A high school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus.
