What you'll be doing:
As a Senior Project Manager at Plugout, you'll lead and oversee critical security solution projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing multiple projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they meet client requirements and company standards.
- Developing comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensuring resource availability and allocation.
- Monitoring project progress and making adjustments as needed.
- Communicating regularly with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and address any issues.
- Conducting post-project evaluations and identifying areas for improvement.
- Leading and mentoring junior project managers and project team members.
You're probably a match if you have:
- Proven experience as a project manager, preferably in the security solutions industry.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to handle complex projects and resolve issues efficiently.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certification is a plus.
- A bachelor's degree in business, management, engineering, or a related field.
